1: Age Requirements
Renters must be between 23 and 75 years of age.
2: Driver’s License
All drivers must be able to provide a valid, full driver’s license issued at least one year prior to the pickup date.
3: Traffic Violations / Fines
All fines or charges imposed by any Greek authority are the responsibility of the Renter and the Renter agrees that these can be charged to the Renter by credit card or cash
4: Fuel
The renter is required to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel at pick-up, if the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged the exact fuel difference. No refunds will be made for vehicles returned with more fuel
5: Taxes
Taxes are included in the total price of the car rental (VAT 24{a0de7eff52605f142ee5a2de22df5482f413d6b992340f8a1f2d43fe9a98140d}).
6: Payment Methods
The renter can pay for the car rental in cash or by credit card upon arrival.
7:Loss of key
If keys are lost and damaged, customer is responsible for replacement cost

9: Use of car:
All insurance covers and waivers apply subject to the hirer complying with all terms and conditions. The renter is obliged to pay the costs of repairing any damage caused to the rental vehicle if the car is used improperly, as follows:
-The vehicle operates on any unauthorized road, unpaved, dirt or off-road.
-The renter violates traffic rules (eg road/STOP signs, speed limits, road direction, U-turns).
-The tenant violates the parking rules.
-The renter ignores any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle.
-The vehicle is operated in any race, speed test or rally or if the vehicle is used for reward purposes (taxi or courier service).
-The vehicle is driven by anyone who is not registered in the rental agreement.
-The driver of the vehicle is under the influence of alcohol or any drug that affects his ability to drive the vehicle.
-The vehicle is operated outside the agreed rental period.
-The vehicle has been intentionally or recklessly damaged by the renter (note: burning clutch, sitting/standing on the hood/trunk/roof of the vehicle or damage to the interior of the vehicle).

13: Minimum rental period / Duration of reservation
The minimum rental period is 2 day. To extend the booking period, the renter must contact G3R CAR to renew the contract and be informed of the additional charges that will apply. If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed time additional charges will apply.

15: Availability
Cars are delivered according to the car class booked and NOT according to the car model booked. We try to assign to each reservation the selected car model, but in case of unavailability of the selected model, our company reserves the right to offer the customer any other model of the same category.
16: Our vehicles
All cars are fully checked and maintained.
All cars are cleaned and disinfected.
Free 24-hour roadside assistance.
Free 24 hour emergency / helpline.
In case of breakdown, the company is obliged to replace the vehicle within 24 hours.
17:Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation 48 hours before arrival.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged one (1) day.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking one hour after the original arrival time if we have not been notified of any delay.
18: Changes to terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change / update our terms and conditions without notice
