1. All Scooters are rented with Free Helmets & Top Boxes 
2. Alcohol Prohibition: Driving under the influence of alcohol is strictly forbidden. Our commitment to safety means ensuring all our customers and the wider public are not put at risk by impaired driving.
3. Violation Notification: Should any traffic or legal violations occur during the rental period, it is imperative that these are immediately reported to our office. Responsibility for settling or paying any fines associated with such violations rests solely with the tenant responsible for the infringement.
4. Damage Responsibility: Any damage incurred to the vehicle during the rental period must be promptly reported to our office. The hirer is obliged to cover the cost of repairs or any other associated costs immediately after such reporting.
5. Return Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including the same level of fuel. This ensures fairness and quality service for all our customers.
6. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes arising from the above conditions, the matter will be resolved in accordance with Greek law, involving the Greek police and judicial system as necessary.
